At ROOTED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Secure the box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Be sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
